We finally finished our basement. It has a large family room, a guest bedroom, a toy room, a gym, a scrapbooking/craft room, two storage rooms and a guest bathroom. We're so excited to have it finished!!

Wow! Your basement sounds like the size of my whole house. That little toy area is to die for!! You're going to love having all that space, especially once the new baby comes. How nice to have your house double in size and not have to have your house payment double as well :)
